The cars we receive are primarily used to assist person(s) in short term (2 Weeks) need of a car. Occasionally we encounter situations where the need merits making a car available on a long term basis.
We are a 501-c-3 organization and therefore can issue a tax deductible receipt enabling the donor to benefit from an income tax deduction. The form 1098-C receipt we generate meets the IRS requirements for a donor to claim this charitable contribution on his / her tax return.
